Enrol Learners
Learners / Students can be enrolled into batches by Skolarli Admins in your organisation. Below listed are the steps you need to take to enrol Learners into a batch
View Batch List
To access the list of all batches, simply click on the "Training Batches => All Batches" option located in the left navigation menu. This will provide you with an overview of all the batches available.
For Illustration: Let's try to enrol learners / students to the batch we had previously created. When you click on the link 'View Details' under the action menu option, you'd be presented with the 'Detailed' view of the batch

On the details view of the batch, you'll see an 'Enrol Student' button, clicking on this button will present you with a pop-up modal window, which has a list of students added to your Skolarli instance. You need to select the student whom you wish to enrol and hit 'Submit' button, the student should now be enroled to the batch. (We'll cover how you can add students to your Skolarli Instance here)
For Illustration: Let's enrol 5 students viz: Skyler, Saul, Walter, Blake, Jopsephine, using the modal form to the batch 'Beginners Batch For Personality Dev'. We now have, 5 students enrolled in the batch successfully.
Please note that currently, the enrollment of students needs to be done individually, one student at a time
Pro Tip: For your convenience, you can search for students by their email IDs to ensure accurate enrollment. This is especially helpful when there are multiple students with the same name in a batch.
Cancel Enrolment
In certain situations, you may need to cancel the enrolment of students from a batch. To initiate the cancellation of a student's enrolment from a specific batch, follow these steps:
Navigate to the bottom of the page where you will find a table displaying the list of enrolled students.
Locate the relevant student whose enrollment you wish to cancel within the table.
Click on the 'option' titled 'Cancel'.
By following these steps, you can successfully cancel the enrolment of a student from the specified batch.
For Illustration: From the previously enrolled students, let's try and cancel Skyler's enrolment, by clicking on the menu option 'Actions => Cancel Enrolment' menu option against Skyler.
