# Video Knowledge Agent

This page is the **SKOAI – Generate Close Captions (CC)** dashboard shows all learning and training videos from all programs in one place and used to manage and generate captions or dubbed audio for all learning and training videos by navigating **SKOAI – GenAI ⇒Video Knowledge Agents** under **Knowledge Agents**

The main area displays videos in a **card/grid layout**. Each card represents one video thumbnail with a play icon, duration & expand < icon. It also displays Program name, Topic and Sub-topic details with two action buttons: **Dub Audio** & **Ask SKOAI.**

It is a **centralized video management hub.**

On selecting the video user can see the video player options on it.&#x20;

* **Play / Pause button** – Starts or stops the video.
* **Progress bar** – Shows the current playback position and allows you to seek forward or backward.
* **Volume control** –mute or un-mute the audio.
* **CC** **(Closed Captions)** – Turns subtitles on or off for the video.
* **Settings** – Used to change video quality, playback speed, or other playback preferences.
* **Transcript** - Shows the full text version of the video’s spoken content. Improve accessibility and understanding through text support.
* **Full screen** – Expands the video to full screen for better viewing.
* Hide options **>** – Hide all the options.

&#x20;<mark style="color:$success;">**Dubb**</mark>

This screen is the **“Select language to Dub Audio for: Content”** popup. It is used to choose the language and voice type before generating AI-dubbed audio for a video. User can generate localized audio versions of training videos, making content accessible to a wider, multilingual audience. On the right corner, there is a **close (X)** icon to exit the popup.

Below the title:

A **Search languages** field allows users to quickly find a language by typing (for example: Hindi, Spanish, French).

**Voice Gender** options: **Female & Male -** These let you choose the voice type for the AI narration.

The language selection area is divided into categories:

1\.     **Indian Languages**\
Users can select from multiple Indian language options using radio buttons:

1. Hindi
2. Telugu
3. Tamil
4. Kannada
5. Malayalam
6. Marathi
7. Gujarati
8. Punjabi
9. Urdu

2\.     **Global Languages**\
This section includes international language options such as:

1. US English
2. Spanish
3. French (and more, depending on system configuration)

Each language is shown as a selectable card with:

* A country/language code (like IN, US, ES, FR)
* A radio button to choose only one language at a time.        &#x20;

At the bottom of the popup:

* **Close** button: Cancels the action and exits the window.
* **Dub Audio** button: Confirms the selected language and voice gender and starts generating the AI-dubbed audio for the video.

**Clicking on Dubb Audio button** shows the **progress of dubbing a video into Pujabi (Male voice)**.

The system follows step-by-step processing:

1\.     **Fetch Transcript** – Completed (the original video transcript is successfully extracted).

2\.     **Translate** – Currently running (the transcript is being translated into Marathi).

3\.     **Generate Audio** – Will create the Marathi voice-over.

4\.     **Generate Subtitles** – Will generate subtitles in the selected language.

5\.     **Upload to Video** – Will merge the new audio with the video.

6\.     **Save Metadata** – Will store all dubbing details.

The **Processing Log** displays real-time updates like -Transcript creation, Number of transcript segments fetched, Translation in progress.

**Note:** If no error User should see all the processing steps are in green tick and If any error exist shows in red cross.

**Close**: exits the window.

The dubbed audio option can be seen in the related program curriculum that has been dubbed - Audio under setting.

On selecting the audio users can hear the video with the selected language and Voice gender.

This is Used for AI assistance through SKOAI for content enhancement, to interact with the AI for captions, queries, or enhancements related to the video.

**Note:** currently **American and British English** are supported, with more languages coming soon.
