Click on **Download Sample File** to download the file and admin can edit the file and add the Participant details he wants to add in bulk.

Users can **drag and drop a CSV file** (with up to 1000 records per file), download a **sample CSV**, and view the **import report** after upload in Participants base.

The imported participants can be visible in Participant base.

\[HRMS Coming Soon] The page also provides options to **sync Participants from an HRMS** using API configuration details and includes **API endpoint and authentication information** for pushing HR data directly into Skolarli. This feature helps streamline **bulk Participant onboarding and system integration**.
