# Edit Details

User can modify the Assessment template that is created, by navigating to **Action ⇒Edit Details** under **View All**.

**Note:** Assessments attempted by participants cannot be edited. Admin can only view details and results, but cannot modify questions, scoring or settings to maintain assessment integrity.
