View dossier
The Candidate Dossier page is the detailed profile and evaluation report of a candidate. It’s what opens when you click “View Dossier” from the Candidates List.
The Header section displays Title and Candidate name, exam name, last refreshed, Refresh button and Share dossier link along with “Back to Sessions” button.
Candidate section displays Candidate name, Email id, phone number and source (LinkedIn, referral, etc.) details.
Candidate overview section display Over all -Trust Score, Rounds, Duration, & Violations
AI Candidate Summary is generated automatically. It displays over all scores, total questions, trust score, total violations.

Click on Assessment will show Question-wise Analysis, Duration, Questions & Responses Proctoring & Violations Section, Audio & Transcription, Reviewer Notes.

Assessment section
Assessment header shows Assessment name, and Key metrics -Total questions, Score, Trust, Violations, Duration and status.
Assessment summary line shows Scored marks, Attempted questions, Trust, Violations count, Duration, Integrity checks.
Exam Journey
Questions shown as Q1, Q2, Q3… with Time spent per question and Flags like rapid answering.
Below are Color indicators for questions:
Green → Correct
Red → Incorrect / Violations
Grey → Not attempted / pending
Assessment Performance (Question-wise Analysis): this shows detailed breakdown per question:
Question type (MCQ or Y/N)
Selected answer
Correct answer (highlighted in green border) & Wrong answer (highlighted in red border)
Correct answer selected (Background filled with Green) & Wrong answer selected (Background filled with Red)
Result: Correct or Incorrect

Question Type
Integrity Checks
Integrity Checks are automated validations used to detect suspicious or unfair behavior during an assessment. This is tightly linked to the Trust Score and the “High Risk” flag.
There are multiple Integrity Check’s:
Webcam active, Microphone active, Full screen maintained, single person, Identity Verified, No Phone detected, no virtual cameras, Single IP, Browser Focus.
Violations
A violation is triggered when a candidate breaks proctoring rules or shows suspicious behavior during an assessment.
It helps recruiters evaluate assessment integrity and candidate authenticity.
This section directly impacts:
Trust Score
Risk Level (Low / Medium / High)
AI Candidate Summary

Snapshots
Displays all snapshots captured during the assessment. Snapshots are captured periodically and during flagged events (like movement, tab switch, etc.) to ensure test integrity.
The snapshot strip loads with images after the assessment is completed.
Clicking a snapshot opens it in an enlarged modal view. This displays status, Time, Face match% & no of faces visible in the frame.
Status Label: “Clean” Indicates no suspicious activity detected in this snapshot.
Users can navigate between snapshots using the left and right arrows between multiple snapshots.

Run AI Analysis
When admin click this button, the system triggers backend AI services to analyze the candidate’s assessment data and generate insights.
This section display below options
Play button: Plays the candidate’s recorded response
Waveform: Visual representation of audio (you can click to jump to a specific time)
Duration: Total length of the recording
Analyzed: Confirms AI processing is completed
Trust Score Impact (-15 Trust)
Metrics (number of speakers, duration, words, flags)
Transcription Section
Shows AI-generated transcript of the audio
Speaker labels:
Speaker 1→ Candidate
Speaker 2→ another detected voice
Each line includes:
Timestamp
Speaker tag
Spoken content
Reviewer Notes
This is the section where evaluator can:
Add comments (e.g., Low Score)
Justify decision
Decision Buttons
Go → Candidate passes / acceptable
No-Go → Candidate rejected / suspicious
Email Summary → Send evaluation report
The Footer section display Rounds reviewed, share dossier link and schedule interview button.
Reviewed Rounds - show the number of rounds that the review comments given

Schedule Interview
This modal allows scheduling a video interview for the candidate.
Fields in the Form
Interview Date & Time* (Mandatory) - Select when the interview will happen.
Agenda (Optional) - Add discussion topics (e.g., system design, past projects).
Primary Interviewer* (Mandatory) - Select the main interviewer. This person gets host link + full control.
Additional Panel (Optional) - Add more interviewers (panel members). They join as co-hosts.
After filling all the details and click on schedule Video interview button. Host and candidate will get mails with links to join the interview.


The Video Interview scheduled will appear under Assessments in dossier page with the status displaying as scheduled in the right corner.

If user try to schedule interview for candidate with existing interview will ask to reschedule the existing interview.
Ones the interview is completed, the status display as Completed.
Note: User can schedule 2nd Video interview only after 1st scheduled interview is completed.
All the video options (Play/Pause, Progress bar, volume +/-, full screen mode, duration etc display on the screen.
Video Transcript Panel The right side of the screen displays the video transcript, providing a real-time or recorded text version of the interview conversation. This allows users to review responses, track discussion points, and easily reference spoken content during AI analysis and evaluation.
Run AI Interview Analysis
Clicking on Run AI Interview Analysis processes the completed video interview and generates a detailed AI-powered analysis report. The report provides insights into the candidate's performance, including communication skills, response quality, key strengths, areas for improvement, and overall interview assessment. Once processing is complete, the analysis results are displayed for review.
