Fill the participants details like name and Customer- id, email id and other details and click “**Add Candidate**”

If user checks **Auto-assign exams and generate magic link option,** it will * Automatically assigns the assessments configured for the job. * Generates a unique assessment link that can be shared with the candidate. If user checks **Enable AI Agent Interview option,** it will * Enables an AI-driven interview for the candidate. * Requires an AI Interview Assessment to be configured for the job. If admin Click on **Cancel** button Closes, the popup without saving any information. **Note**: Candidate ID must be unique After clicking **Add Candidate**, a confirmation popup is displayed indicating that the candidate has been successfully added to the selected job.

The popup displays: * The **Assessment Name** assigned to the candidate. * A unique **Assessment Link (Magic Link)** generated for the candidate. * A **Copy** icon that allows administrators to quickly copy the assessment link and share it with the candidate. The added candidate appears in the **Candidates List** for tracking and evaluation.

**Candidates List** display Candidate Name, contact info, Source, Applied, status & score Status column display: "**Pending**" until candidate starts the assessment. "**In-progress**" until candidate submits the assessment. "**Abandoned**" if candidate drops from the assessment by mistake. "**Completed**" if candidate completes the assessment. Top Metrics gets updated as per the candidate's assessments status.

The **Actions** menu in the **Candidates List** provides administrators with options to manage candidate information and assessment invitations.

**Resend Link** This is useful when * The candidate has not received the original email or requires a new invitation. * Sends the assessment invitation link again to the candidate. * The candidate receives the assessment link via the configured communication channel (email).

**Edit Profile** This option is used by admin to edit the candidate enrolled to the Job by clicking on **Action ⇒ Edit Profile** under **View candidate.**

**Remove** This option is used by admin to remove the candidate from the selected job position by clicking on **Action ⇒ Remove** under **View candidate.** The candidate will no longer appear in the Candidates List for that job.

The status in candidate list show · Pending if exam is not started. · In Progress if Exam is Started · Completed if Exam is completed.
