# Block/Grant Access

<mark style="color:green;">**Block Access**</mark>

Admin has the privilege to block the facilitators. This can be done by clicking on the option **'Actions⇒ Block Access** against the corresponding facilitator's name.

From below picture the facilitator account is blocked by clicking on Yes block the Facilitator.

Admin has access to unblock the blocked facilitator by clicking by clicking on the option **'Actions⇒ Grant Access** against the corresponding facilitator's name.
